Blents is thrilled to announce its acquisition by the Ando Group. This marks a significant milestone in our growth and expansion journey.

The Ando Group, which includes companies Anrova Solutions, RecoMatics, V-Chain, Zeibur, and Domani Business Solutions, is a specialist in SAP ERP solutions, data integration, and document automation.

We are very proud to share that the agreement for this purpose was signed on 25 May 2023 for both Blents and our sister company specialized in innovative SAP services, Amista. This strategic move strengthens the group’s position as a trusted IT partner and expert in intelligent enterprise transformation. Both Blents and the Ando Group expand significantly as a result of this acquisition. Together we now have a workforce of 250 professionals.

Strategic management change

In light of this exciting development, we would like to inform you that our CEO, Geert Vanvaerenbergh, will be transitioning out of our company as of today to focus on a new venture. We want to assure you that this leadership transition will be seamless, as our management team will continue to steer the ship, ensuring the highest level of commitment and service.
